It was a good run, but the San Luis Obispo Tigers unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Thursday. They took a 58-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of Flintridge Prep. San Luis Obispo was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Flintridge Prep apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2018.
San Luis Obispo lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Hayden Brandow, who scored 13 points. Brandow continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Logan Missler, who scored 16 points.
San Luis Obispo's loss dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Flintridge Prep, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-2.
