North Hall is a perfect 7-0 against Lumpkin County since October of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Trojans will host the Indians at 7:30 p.m. Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with North Hall sitting on seven straight victories and Lumpkin County on three.
On Friday, North Hall was able to grind out a solid win over Greater Atlanta Christian, taking the game 49-38.

Parker Carlton was his usual excellent self, rushing for 179 yards and three TDs. Those 179 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Wyatt Tumlin, who rushed for 50 yards and one score.
They were just one part of a punishing run game: North Hall was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 290 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Greater Atlanta Christian only rushed for 84.
North Hall didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Cole Lindlief and Carlton.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lumpkin County). They took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 49-0 victory over Johnson. Given the Indians' advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia football rankings (they are ranked 147th, while the Knights are ranked 436th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.
North Hall better keep an eye on Nolan Matthews. He was instrumental in Lumpkin County's win, rushing for 76 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Matthews is also on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in each of the last six games he's played. Caleb Yorkey was another key player, rushing for 64 yards and one TD.
North Hall's win bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Lumpkin County, their victory bumped their record up to 5-2.
North Hall didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Lumpkin County in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, but they still walked away with a 21-16 win. Will the Trojans repeat their success, or do the Indians have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
