The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Emery/Weiner in their matchups with Northland Christian: they've now lost three in a row.
Northland Christian was led to victory by Savannah Hardwick and Gabby White. Hardwick scored 26 points along with six rebounds and five assists, while White dropped a double-double on 26 points and 21 rebounds. White is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Sami Hearn was another key contributor, scoring two points along with 13 rebounds.
Emery/Weiner's loss was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-2. As for Northland Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 6-7.
