Scotus put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Lutheran-Northeast Eagles with a sharp 10-0 victory. The result was nothing new for Scotus, who have now won six matchups by four goals or more so far this season.
Their offense was hitting Lutheran-Northeast from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Emma Brezenski led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for four goals all by herself.
Scotus pushed their record up to 7-0 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four games. As for Lutheran-Northeast, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.
