After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Ascension Christian, Holden was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 9-3 margin over the Maurepas Wolves. Considering the Rockets have won 11 matchups by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.
Colton Lewis made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing six innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off four hits. Lewis was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.
