Christian Life Preparatory has been on the road for four straight, but on Friday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Nazarene Christian Academy Lions at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
Last Tuesday, Christian Life Preparatory was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 43-37 to the Lions.
In what's become a running theme this season, Nazarene Christian Academy gave their fans yet another huge win on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Ovilla Christian as Nazarene Christian Academy made off with a 84-59 victory. The win was nothing new for Nazarene Christian Academy as they're now sitting on three straight.
Marcus Jones was his usual excellent self, scoring 29 points along with seven rebounds and four steals. He hasn't dropped below two steals for 11 straight games. Another player making a difference was Aidan Adams, who almost dropped a double-double on 15 points and nine rebounds.
Christian Life Preparatory's defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-5. As for Nazarene Christian Academy, their win bumped their record up to 19-6.
Christian Life Preparatory didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against the Lions in their previous meeting back in January, but they still walked away with a 45-41 victory.
