After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Westminster Christian, Palmetto was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They blew past the South Dade Buccaneers 18-3. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Panthers considering their one-run performance the match before.
Lauren Falls made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out 11 batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off six hits (and not a single walk). What's more, she gave up only zero walks, the fewest she's had since back in April of 2024. In other batting news, Palmetto got a massive performance out of Madeleine Baldwin, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, four runs, and five RBI.
