The biggest upset of the week belonged to Turtle Lake, who took down 334th ranked Elmwood/Plum City, 34-28.
The Lakers were the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from sixth to third in Lakeland - South. Earlier in the week, Turtle Lake defeated the Raiders 34-28.
Clayton's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Bears feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Kyle Larson has thrown for 529 yards and two touchdowns this season, while Jordon Gilbertson has 18 catches for 233 yards. James Hoffman leads the league in rushing with 482 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Clear Lake takes on Clayton. As it stands, the Warriors are in fourth, while the Bears are in first.
Clayton extended the longest winning streak in Lakeland - South this week by beating Lake Holcombe, 48-15. The victory was the fifth in a row for the team.
