The Richland Northeast Cavaliers will face off against the Hannah-Pamplico Raiders at 2:00 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Last Wednesday, Richland Northeast came up short against A.C. Flora and fell 58-45.
Despite the defeat, Richland Northeast got a solid performance out of William Wilson, who scored 14 points along with two steals. Another player making a difference was David Wine, who scored 12 points.
Hannah-Pamplico suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Saturday. They suffered a tough 68-46 defeat at the hands of Marion. While losing is never fun, Hannah-Pamplico can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 230th, while Marion is ranked 36th).
Richland Northeast has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-6 record this season. As for Hannah-Pamplico, they now have a losing record at 5-6.
