Plainfield Central won the last time they faced Willowbrook and things went their way on Saturday too. The Wildcats walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Warriors. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

Plainfield Central easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-17.

Their offense was headlined by Peter Bernier and Milo Nelson, who picked up five kills apiece. They got some help from Vincent Trevino and his nine assists. Tyler Mohlman controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Plainfield Central picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 8-21. As for Willowbrook, they moved to 7-25 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
