Graham Local won the last time they faced North Union and things went their way on Friday too. The Falcons managed a 39-35 win over the Wildcats. The victory almost wasn't to be: the Falcons were down 29-13 in the second quarter.

Despite the loss, North Union still got an impressive performance from Nick Vanhoose, who rushed for 101 yards and two TDs. Vanhoose is becoming a predictor of the Wildcats' success: when he posts at least 100 rushing yards the team is 4-1 (and 2-3 when he doesn't). Griffin Osborne got in on the action as well, returning a kick for a touchdown.

Graham Local's record now sits at 8-2. As for North Union, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-4.

Graham Local does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for North Union, they will take on Greeneview at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rams' defense has only allowed 14.9 points per game this season, so the Wildcats' offense will have their work cut out for them.
