After flying high against Tournament Opponent on Thursday, the Bracken Christian Warriors came back down to earth. Bracken Christian fell to Johnson City 44-40. Bracken Christian has not had much luck with Johnson City recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Johnson City's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Aiden Fulton led the charge by scoring 11 points along with nine rebounds. Another player making a difference was Collin Corpus, who scored 12 points.
Bracken Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 17-5. As for Johnson City, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 8-6.
Bracken Christian is on the road again on Friday and play against Marion at 9:00 a.m. on December 29th. That game will pit two of the most dominant players against one another: Richard Rayos and Hunter Cox. As for Johnson City, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Marble Falls at 10:30 a.m. on December 29th.
