There's no place like home for Wheatmore, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They blew past the Trinity Bulldogs 51-24 on Tuesday. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 20 points or more this season.

Trinity's loss came despite strong showings from Madison Hill and Mya Hooker. Hill went 6 of 14 on her way to 18 points, while Hooker posted three points and ten rebounds. Hooker is also on a roll when it comes to blocks, as she's now posted two or more in the last four games she's played.

Wheatmore's win bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Trinity, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-4.

Wheatmore wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 53-32 victory against Eastern Randolph on the 20th. As for Trinity, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 56-26 defeat against Uwharrie Charter Academy on the 20th.
