The Logan/Palco fell victim to the Sylvan-Lucas Mustangs''s stalwart defense on Friday and couldn't make it onto the board. They had to suffer through a rough 48-0 loss at the hands of the Mustangs. Logan/Palco just can't catch a break and has now endured three losses in a row.
Rhett Kats threw for 29 yards on five of 18 attempts. On the ground, Mayson Vahling rushed for 35 yards.
Logan/Palco's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Sylvan-Lucas, their victory was their third straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 6-1.
Logan/Palco will challenge Victoria at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Victoria knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past six contests -- so hopefully Logan/Palco likes a good challenge. As for Sylvan-Lucas, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against St. Francis at 7:00 p.m. St. Francis has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 168 points over their last three games.
