After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Fairfield, Princeton was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They blew past the Monroe Hornets 3-0. The Vikings were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Hornets, so the Vikings were just returning the favor.

Timaya Crooks paced Princeton's offense, picking up eight kills. Crooks got some help from Trysta Leach and her 25 assists.

Princeton's record is now 4-9. As for Monroe, they are on a 16-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-14.

Princeton has already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Cincinnati Christian on the 22nd. As for Monroe, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Bellbrook on the 23rd.
