After three games on the road, Gulf Shores is heading back home. The Gulf Shores Dolphins and the Auburn Tigers will face off at 3:30 p.m. on December 28th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Gulf Shores has insisted on making their lastthree contests complete nail-biters, turning in a record of 1-2 during that stretch of close contests.
Last Wednesday, it was a hard-fought game, but Gulf Shores had to settle for a 50-48 defeat against Trinity Presbyterian.
Auburn has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 20 points or more this season. They put the hurt on Alabama Christian Academy with a sharp 82-62 victory on Friday. The win was nothing new for Auburn as they're now sitting on six straight.
Gulf Shores has been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-5 record this season. As for Auburn, they pushed their record up to 14-3 with that victory, which was their sixth straight on the road.
