Casey County had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They crushed Barren County 40-0. That result is just more of the same for Casey County, who also won the last time these teams played. This was the first game for both teams, giving Casey County a 1-0 record and starting Barren County off at 0-1.
Next week, Casey County take on Campbellsville at 7:30 PM. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, Casey County and Campbellsville will really light up the scoreboard. As for Barren County, they will face of against Allen County-Scottsville.
