Kokomo hasn't had much luck against Harrison recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Wildkats will take on the Raiders at 6:00 p.m. Harrison took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Kokomo, who comes in off a win.
On Thursday, everything came up roses for Kokomo against Muncie Central as the team secured a 53-21 victory. The win continues a trend for the Wildkats in their matchups with the Bearcats: they've now won seven in a row.

Kokomo's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Eliana Stewart, who went 5-for-11 on her way to 11 points and four steals. Stewart is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last eight games she's played. Another player making a difference was Jhordyn Brown, who posted nine points and four steals.
Kokomo smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive rebounds in five consecutive matchups.
Meanwhile, Harrison was just a bucket shy of victory on Thursday and fell 30-29 to West Lafayette.
Kokomo will need to focus on slowing down Mallori McColley, one of several Harrison players who made an impact when they last played. She scored seven points and five steals. Allison McColley also deserves some recognition as she posted her first block of the season.
Kokomo now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Harrison, their loss dropped their record down to 8-14.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Kokomo has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 32.4 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Harrison struggles in that department as they've been averaging 29.4 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
Kokomo skirted past Harrison 59-57 in their previous meeting back in January. Will the Wildkats repeat their success, or do the Raiders have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
