The matchup was Younger's 26th in a row with at least 15 points. Mason Zepp was another key player, going 5-for-10 on his way to 14 points in addition to six rebounds and five assists.
Weddington pushed their record up to 18-5 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.7 points over those games. As for Marvin Ridge, their win bumped their record up to 11-12.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Marvin Ridge has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 25.1 boards per game. However, it's not like Weddington struggles in that department as they've been averaging 30.5 rebounds. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
