Westside got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Kmajay Jenkins out in front who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds. The contest was Jenkins' third in a row with at least ten points. Zeke Marshall was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with 6 rebounds and 3 steals.
Pendleton's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Westside, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
Pendleton will be playing in front of their home fans against Carolina Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Westside, they will head out on the road to face off against Spartanburg at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Spartanburg's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last four matchups.
