The Greenville Patriots had to endure  a  six-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They blew past Kendrick 50-22 at home. For Greenville, this counts as revenge for the   50-47 loss Kendrick walked away with the last time they faced one another  back in November.
 Greenville got their  victory on the backs of several key players, but it was  Catavia Bennet out in front who  scored 13 points along with 7  rebounds and 3  steals. That makes it two consecutive games in which  Bennet has scored at least 25% of Greenville's points. Another player making a difference was  Shalillan Kelley, who  scored 11 points along with 4  steals.
 Greenville's win bumped their record up to 1-6. As for Kendrick, they now  have a losing record at 3-4.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Greenville will  take on Macon County at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for Kendrick, they will head out on the road to face off against Spencer at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Spencer will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
