Central added to the longest winning streak in Western Illinois Valley - North this week by beating Brown County, 41-0. The victory was the 11th in a row for the Panthers.
Central took down the Hornets 41-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Bobby Keltz ran for 206 yards during the win.
Brad Dixon's team's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. On the ground Keltz chipped in 206 yards.
Keltz provided a threat through the air and on the ground as the Panthers bested Brown County.
Keltz was the best running back in the league this week. Teammate Alger Saldana added to the ground attack by rushing for 184 yards.
Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, Triopia/Meredosia-Chambersburg/Virginia's Nate Shanks and Tristan Wise have proven to be a lethal combination. 5-7 quarterback Shanks has thrown for 364 yards this season, while Wise has 6 catches for 182 yards. Central's Austin Kramberg leads the league in rushing yards with 1,106.
