Irvington Preparatory Academy was led to victory by Javen Medaris and Major Davis. Medaris scored 13 points along with six rebounds and two steals, while Davis scored 12 points along with eight rebounds and two blocks. Davis is crushing the block category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Jahmere Evans was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Irvington Preparatory Academy's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-9. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 82.0 points per game. As for Providence Cristo Rey, they are on a 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-15.
