Among those making a noticeable jump is point guard
Cole Anthony of
Archbishop Molloy (Queens, N.Y.), the son of former UNLV and NBA point guard Greg Anthony.
The 6-foot-2, 175-pound New York City star jumped to No. 2 in the
Top247, moving past major names in the rising senior class like
Vernon Carey Jr. and
Charles Bassey.
After putting up 23.5 points per game as a junior at Molloy, Anthony has taken things to another level this spring while playing on the Nike EYBL circuit with the PSA Cardinals.
In 12 EYBL contests, Anthony is averaging a circuit-best 25.6 points per game to go along with 7.2 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game.
According to 247, Duke and Kansas are at the forefront of his recruitment with additional offers from Louisville, Oregon, St. John's and UCLA among others.
