On Thursday, Riverton came up short against Rock Springs and fell 3-1. While the Wolverines didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the TIGERS 25-14 in the first set.
Riverton started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 14-25, 25-22, 25-22, 25-20.

Despite the loss, Riverton had strong showings from Tailyn Shaffer, who had seven digs and five assists, and Lawson Yeates, who had 14 digs, nine kills, and two aces. Yeates is on a roll when it comes to kills, as she's now had seven or more in each of the last three games she's played.
Meanwhile, Cody came tearing into Tuesday's contest with nine straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Warriors 3-0.
One reason for the win was Cody's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-20, 25-19.
Cody's win bumped their record up to 23-1. As for Riverton, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-16.
