Meanwhile, even though Scotia-Glenville scored an imposing 61 points on Saturday, Glens Falls still came out on top. Glens Falls secured a 65-61 W over the Tartans.
Glens Falls got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Darielle Gooden out in front who scored 21 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Gooden has scored all season. Frances McTiernan was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Tamarac has traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last ten matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-9 record this season. As for Glens Falls, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.
Tamarac didn't have too much breathing room in their game against the Indians in their previous meeting back in January, but they still walked away with a 47-42 win. Does Tamarac have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Indians turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
