McCool Junction came out on top against Twin River on Friday thanks in part to Carson McDonald's efforts. McDonald rushed for 167 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only eight carries, and also threw for 125 yards and one TD while completing 80% of his passes. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in September of 2024.

McDonald and McCool Junction will venture away from home to take on Freeman at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
