Mporokoso continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Maya Pereda was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Aurora Central Catholic aren't just finding sucess at home, as their game on Thursday extended their overall winning streak to eight. They enjoyed a cozy 67-51 win over Yorkville Christian. Given Aurora Central Catholic's advantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 68th, while Yorkville Christian is ranked 525th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
