The biggest upset of the week belonged to Schurr, who took down 356th ranked Bell Gardens, 10-0.
The Spartans scaled the state rankings by moving to 417 from 547 this week, the biggest jump in Almont. Schurr climbed the ranks as a result of topping the Lancers 10-0.
Alhambra's dynamic duo of Nick Giambalvo and Jacob Holguin proved tough for Mark Keppel to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Giambalvo threw for 282 yards and 5 touchdowns and Holguin had 110 yards receiving. James Giambalvo helped Alhambra's passing attack out by catching 7 balls for 80 yards.

Montebello's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Oilers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Carlos China has thrown for 685 yards and 7 touchdowns this season, while Edgar Gonzalez has 14 catches for 495 yards.
The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place Bell Gardens takes on second place Montebello. Last week, Bell Gardens lost to Marco Ramirez's team, while Montebello beat San Gabriel.
