As a matter of fact, that's the most points Ruiz has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Mia Duran, who scored eight points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Despite the loss, Del Norte still got an impressive performance from Bleona Agushi, who scored 15 points along with three steals.
St. Michael's pushed their record up to 11-3 with that victory, which was their seventh straight at home. As for Del Norte, their loss dropped their record down to 5-5.
