The Hauser Jets's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their fourth straight loss. They took a 42-26 bruising from South Dearborn. Hauser was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as South Dearborn apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2022.
Several Jets players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was June Berkenstock, who scored 4 points along with 6 rebounds.
Hauser has not been sharp recently, as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record this season. As for South Dearborn, they have yet to lose a game at home this season, leaving them with a 2-8 record.
Hauser will head out on the road to face off against Edinburgh at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Edinburgh is coming into the match on a five-game losing streak. South Dearborn will be home for the holidays to greet Connersville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
