Basketball Recap: Gerstell Academy Takes Loss Despite Strong Performances from Summer Beaumont and Kiara Hardy

On Saturday, Gerstell Academy lost to the Dulaney Lions on the road by a 45-31 margin.

Despite the defeat, Gerstell Academy had strong showings from Kiara Hardy, who posted 15 points and four steals, and Summer Beaumont, who earned six points and five rebounds. Hardy's evening made it three games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points.

Gerstell Academy's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Dulaney, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Gerstell Academy will challenge John Carroll at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Dulaney, they will square off against Mercy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
