Meanwhile, Delbarton gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Saturday. They breezed by Iona Prep at home to the tune of 34-7. The matchup was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Green Wave had established a 20 point advantage.
A big part of the victory came down to the chemistry between Jadon Prinzivalli and his top target Phillip Folmar. Prinzivalli threw for 337 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 14.7 yards per attempt while Folmar picked up 238 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Folmar's longest reception was for an incredible 96 yards. Brock Dandridge was another key player, gaining 120 total yards.
