Mena waltzed into their matchup on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They put the hurt on the Clarksville Panthers with a sharp 16-4 win. The Bearcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by ten runs or more this season.

Mena's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-4. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.0 runs over those games. As for Clarksville, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-12.

Looking ahead, Mena will square off against Dardanelle at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Clarksville, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Mansfield at 4:30 p.m.
