After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Elfers Christian, the Web of Wisdom Wizards were happy to have found some success on Thursday. They walked away with a 26-15 win over Solid Rock Community. That's another feather in the cap for Web of Wisdom, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Web of Wisdom found their leader in underclassman Samara Zabran, who scored 13 points. That makes it five consecutive games in which Zabran has scored at least a third of Web of Wisdom's points.
Web of Wisdom now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Solid Rock Community, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.
Web of Wisdom's road trip will continue as they head out to face Genesis Prep at 4:00 p.m. on February 12th. As for Solid Rock Community, they have the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Florida College Academy at 4:30 p.m. on February 12th.
