Brandon Academy has been on the road for two straight, but on Tuesday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Classical Prep Lions at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.
Brandon Academy struggled with assists on Thursday (Carrollwood Day had 1000% more) and sadly the final score reflected it. Brandon Academy had to suffer through a rough 74-43 loss at the hands of Carrollwood Day.
The losing side was boosted by Shavon Birch, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 16 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Jeremiah McNeely, who scored 12 points.
Meanwhile, Classical Prep took a serious blow against American Collegiate Academy on Thursday, falling 62-11. Classical Prep has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
North Tampa Christian Academy's win bumped their season record to 0-0 while Brandon Academy's loss dropped theirs to 0-2.
