Paden waltzed into their game on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They walked away with a 6-3 victory over the Carney Bulldogs. The six-run effort marked the Pirates' lowest-scoring match of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Paden's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Carney, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season.

Paden will challenge Wilson-Henryetta at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Carney, they will square off against Mulhall-Orlando at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
