Despite the loss, Blair saw an underclassman step up: Timmy Anderson scored 43 points along with three steals. Anderson scored a full 55.1% of Blair's points, the 11th time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Tarynce Price, who scored 23 points along with six rebounds.
Blair are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-6. As for North, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-2 record this season.
