Sheboygan North kicked off their season on the road  on Thursday and hit a couple of potholes. They came up short against  the Manitowoc Lincoln Ships, falling  17-7. Sadly, the  defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.
  Kayla Greger made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  went 2-for-3 with three  RBI.
The  win  got Manitowoc Lincoln back to even at 1-1.
