The Dulaney Lions will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against the Eastern Tech Mavericks at 5:30 p.m. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a three-game winning streak alive.
Even though Towson scored an imposing 56 points on Monday, Dulaney still came out on top. Dulaney took their game against Towson 65-56.
Even though Eastern Tech has not done well against Pikesville recently (they were 0-4 in their previous four matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. Eastern Tech walked away with a 72-59 victory over Pikesville. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
The match pitted two dominant guards against one another in Jericho Wondeye and Jean-Marc Nken. Wondeye had a great game and scored 13 points along with seven assists and five steals. Meanwhile, Nken was balling out in the loss, scoring 20 points along with eight rebounds and two steals.
Dulaney's win bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Eastern Tech, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.
