The Nebraska Lutheran Knights won the last time they faced the High Plains Storm, and things went their way  on Thursday too. Nebraska Lutheran snuck past High Plains with a  54-49 victory.
 Nebraska Lutheran got their  win on the backs of several key players, but it was  Caleb Eldridge out in front who  scored 11 points along with two  steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points  Eldridge has scored all season.  Eli Vogt was another key contributor,  scoring nine points along with five  steals.
 Nebraska Lutheran's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for High Plains, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-4.
 Nebraska Lutheran will be playing at home against Hampton at 7:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Hampton will have to bring their A-game into this one,  as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Nebraska Rankings (they are ranked 247th, while Nebraska Lutheran is ranked 108th). High Plains will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Cross County at 4:30  p.m.  on Monday.
