The Avon Panthers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They took a 49-34 bruising from Norfolk County Agricultural. Avon has not had much luck with Norfolk County Agricultural recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
Avon's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Hanelie Cadet, who scored 18 points, and Kylie Mallet who scored 13 points. That was a full 52.9% of Avon's points, marking the fourth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Brenda Murphy was the offensive standout of the contest as she scored 17 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Kayla Collins, who scored eight points.
Avon's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Norfolk County Agricultural, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.

Westport will be coming into the game with an undefeated record on the line. As for Norfolk County Agricultural, they will be playing at home against South Shore Vo-Tech at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
