On Friday Jefferson take on Linn-Mar at 7:00 PM. Jefferson is expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the match prepared for a fight.
It was close but no cigar for Jefferson as they fell 37-40 to Muscatine last week.
Meanwhile, Linn-Mar might be aching after a bruising 7-33 loss to Kennedy.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. We'll see which team satisfies that hunger and which team leaves with an empty belly.
