The Harvest Christian Academy Lions will face off against Chicago Hope Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Harvest Christian Academy has given up an average of 12.6 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Haley Miller made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Ellyse Condrea, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one run.
Meanwhile, Chicago Hope Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 9-8 heartbreaker at the hands of Aurora Christian.
Lina Wilson and Andi Medina were huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. On the mound, Wilson pitched four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off five hits. Meanwhile, Medina struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up just one earned (and six unearned) runs off three hits. At bat, Wilson went 2-for-5 with one home run, three RBI, and one double, while Medina went 1-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. That home run was Wilson's first of the season.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact as four players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Emma Cruz, who went 2-for-4 with one run and one RBI.
Harvest Christian Academy's record now sits at 11-14. As for Chicago Hope Academy, their record is now 9-14.
Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging on Tuesday. Harvest Christian Academy hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season, having averaged 0.6 home runs per game. However, it's not like Chicago Hope Academy struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 0.9 home runs.
