Petaluma was the team that made the biggest jump in the rankings, moving from fifth to third in Sonoma County. The Trojans defeated Elsie Allen 55-6 earlier in the week.
Analy extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating El Molino, 49-0. The win marks fifth in a row for the the Tigers.
Sonoma Valley's dynamic duo of Dan Deely and Ed Pomeroy proved tough for Healdsburg to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Deely threw for 250 yards and 2 touchdowns and Pomeroy had 128 yards receiving. Kyle Dunevent helped Sonoma Valley's passing attack out by catching 5 balls for 75 yards.
He went 16-31 with 0 interceptions.
6-foot-0 quarterback Noel Hernandez of Piner is the league leader in passing yards this season with 1,356. He has also thrown 14 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is Kerr Johnson Jr.. The Analy star has 28 catches for 597 yards.
The Lobos are in seventh place, while Analy is in first place.
Petaluma took down Elsie Allen 55-6 last week, the largest margin of any game. Yusef Kawasmi ran for 83 yards during the win.
