Gordon Lee extended their road winning streak to ten games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Abbigail Poteet. The Trojans skirted past the Coahulla Creek Colts 2-1 with plenty of help from Poteet, who had nine digs and two aces. She also put up an assist, which was her first of the season.
The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Gordon Lee who won the one that mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 24-26, 15-13.
