R.J. Reynolds found their leader in freshman Di'Misha Watson, who shot 62% from the field to rack up 18 points and five boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Jane Welch, who posted five points along with five rebounds and four blocks.
The victory got R.J. Reynolds back to even at 1-1.
Coming up, West Stokes will head out on the road to face off against South Stokes at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for R.J. Reynolds, they will face off against Forsyth Country Day at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
