After a string of three wins, Irrigon's good fortune finally ran out  on Saturday. They lost  11-3 to the Knappa Loggers.
 Irrigon saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Brock Locey, who  went 1-for-4 with one  stolen base, one  double,  and one  RBI. Another  was  Xander Olman, who  scored a  run and  stole two bases while  getting on base  in two of his three plate appearances.
Irrigon's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.
 Irrigon will get a bit of extra time to process the  loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Weston-McEwen/Griswold at 4:00  p.m.  on April 8. As for Knappa, they are taking a road trip to  face off against Kennedy  at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday.
