Morris won the last time they faced Rochelle and things went their way on Monday too. Morris came out on top against Rochelle by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for Morris.

While Morris won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-22.

Hannah Linn paced Morris' offense, picking up eight kills. Linn got some help from Alexis Williams and her 11 assists.

Morris' victory bumped their record up to 11-4. As for Rochelle, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-10.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Morris will face off against rival Ottawa at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Rochelle is set to square off against their familiar foe Kaneland at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
