That result was just more of the same for these two, as Lauralton Hall also won the last time the pair played back in January.
Maura Bosse continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 25 points along with six rebounds and six steals. Another player making a difference was Lauren Marsden, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 22 rebounds.
Lauralton Hall's win bumped their record up to 5-11. As for Career Magnet, their loss was their 18th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-13.
Lauralton Hall won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against the Trojans at 12:00 p.m. on February 3rd. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Connecticut (Weston is ranked 121st, while the Crusaders are ranked 134th). As for Career Magnet, they will be playing in front of their home fans against the Academics at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
